They took care of dranige issues I did not even think of. Had a buddy go with a diffrent compney at the same time and his 10 yard patio is all cracked up. "They showed up on time and were extremely professional, and the bill I received for the materials matched what I was told the costs would be. The guys worked REALLY hard in the pouring down rain to clear out an overgrown backyard and put down landscape fabric and mulch - all in 2 days. I put survey tape around the plants I wanted left untouched and they very carefully worked around them. I also had given them instructions verbally and they did everything as I requested. As time has gone by there are spots where it appears that the fabric didn't overlap because weeds started to pop up in them but it's been easy to remedy. There was a drip system and they did pull the drip heads through the fabric but the heads had gotten broken during the clearing phase but that's been easy to fix. And I wasn't surprised because it would've been hard to avoid them while they were getting all of that other stuff out.
All in all, great work and I definitely recommend them.

"Wu Construction did an excellent job for us. Greg estimated what work needed to be done and we scheduled it as quickly as possible. The crew was on-time, very efficient and did a really nice job keeping things as clean as possible, which is no easy task when repairs are done to a wet & muddy foundation area. A full interior perimeter drainage and sump pump system was installed to eliminate standing water in the crawl space. The crew also removed all old floor insulation and installed new R-30 insulation. The crawl space was completely cleaned up and a new vapor barrier was installed. Everything was completed as agreed upon - all at a very fair & reasonable price. The crew even installed a permanent access ladder to the area so it would be easier to get into the crawl space area. I'd highly recommend Wu Construction for any drainage or foundation work needed to your home or business. Greg, the Estimator/Scheduler and Thomas Wang, the Construction Manager were a pleasure to work with. They kept us up-to-date on everything and were true to their word. I look forward to working with them again, as needed."

Jo had always been responsive, detailed and nice whenever I had questions. Scheduling was easy and Rafael and the team did a great and efficient job onsite. 2 months after the installation, we noticed that there was still standing water and they came back to install more pipes and gravels.
