"We are having an issue with the concrete footing of a pier and beam foundation on a house that is over 87 years old. I contacted Accurate Foundation Repair and requested an inspection of our foundation. Chad arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. We walked through the house and we discussed areas where the floors were slightly sloping and the two small hairline cracks in our hallway ceiling. Chad gave an honest opinion as to whether or not these issues needed addressing and the problems that might arise from fixing them. It was decided that the small issue of the minor foundation problems were not a problem and could be left alone unless something changed.
The larger issue and the reason I contacted Accurate Foundation Repair was due to the concrete footing along one side of the house. It appears to be bowing out and causing the wood to separate from the frame. Chad looked over the area and determined that the issue would require a structural engineer to inspect. Chad was honest and up front with me and told me that he would not be able to fix the problem with the structure. He provided me with names of  engineers to contact.
I really appreciate the honesty and recommendation that I received from them.  Thank you Chad and Accurate Foundation Repair!!

"I spent months getting multiple estimates for my home foundation. I had some relatively sudden movement due to poor soil, erosion and drainage. The problem attracted as many different solutions to fixing as the number of companies that came out to assess it. Then I called TX Foundation experts. Ben came out and gave me an honest assessment. He addressed the problem areas and gave me my options in plain english (so to speak). The price he quoted me blew me away. Not because they are cheap but because he/they didnâ t want to add unnecessary work and cost to fixing the problem. They came on the scheduled day to perform the work and banged it out with one of the most professional crews Iâ ve ever worked with. They lifted my house, stabilized it and performed all clean up and accessory work beyond my expectation. I am super happy with the results! Doors work perfectly, windows are caulked, bricks dont have cracks anymore, drainage is fixed and I can go on. The responsiveness and customer service were the best you can ask for. Bottom line, I place great value in companies that do good business. They do good business!!!! I also believe in reviews, good or bad , for consumers to get the best they can out of business dealings. Hopefully this review helps you. I will recommend TX Foundation experts to all my people."

"I used Crosstown Engineering to perform a foundation inspection. The engineer arrived on time and was very thorough. Following the inspection, I received the written report promptly. The report relieved my concerns about foundation issues so that I avoided unnecessary foundation work. The report made recommendations for some repairs that would help to stabilize the foundation. I highly recommend Crosstown Engineering. I would use them again."

"I asked for bids from seven different foundation repair companies. There are a ton of foundation repair companies out there that are shady. They will try to sell you things you do not need. This bid followed the engineering report and was very straight forward. It was not the lowest bid, nor was it the highest bid. It was the bid that was most comprehensive, professional and complete. The team from Firm Foundation showed up on time and completed the job within two days. They did an OUTSTANDING job! Iâ ve seen other homes in my neighborhood get foundation repairs and the after effects remain for months. Firm Foundation did an excellent job putting things back to normal. Ryan was a true pro, compassionate to the situation and great at following up. I HIGHLY recommend their work."

"Our house was built in 2006 and over the past 10 year, several of our neighbors have had cracked driveways and foundation issues. Within the first 5 years, we'd noticed minor cracks running north/south through the house and feared there was a larger issue in the foundation. After reading reviews on several foundation repair companies, we scheduled an evaluation with G.L. Hunt because people were saying they were impressed with their service and those that had repairs done were pleased with the results. We were scheduled for an 8a to 10a time slot and Justin Brits arrived right at 8a. He asked us a lot of questions to get a good understanding of our concerns. He then mapped our floor plan measuring each room's dimensions. Marking the center of our house as zero, Justin then measured throughout and into every corner to see where the foundation may have raised or lowered over time. It was really cool to see the measurements across our floor plan and learned the SE corner of our house was an inch higher than the NW. He then walked around the outside showing us cracks and signs of settling. Justin wasn't trying to sell us anything. He was focused on giving us detailed data on the status of our foundation and letting us know if there was the potential of future issues. He went over several things homeowners can do to prevent future foundation problems. We feel much better about the state of our foundation. It was time well spent and Justin gave us the information and education we needed. Should we have any future issues, we'll definitely call Justin with G.L. Hunt Foundation Repair."

"Arrived on time and fixed the issue. Good value for money."
