"Great company. Great people. Job done on time and under budget!"

"I had a flood for the first time in the crawlspace and basement. I called Regional Foundation & Crawlspace Repair to come out. They wanted 27K for crawlspace encapsulation, that was too much and I could do most the work myself. I instead paid them $5,000.00 to bury a geodrain and install a triple safe sump pump system. This is the job they did, they installed the sump pumps at the 3rd to lowest point in the crawlspace and this geodrain goes back and forth from uphill to downhill. The lowest point still allows water to flood downstairs. They also cracked a chunk of my foundation at the point of sump pumps egress. Outside they just threw rocks on ground were the water comes out and can get back into the ground to reenter the crawlspace. They got 1 star because the people were nice, their job was not. Update as of 4/23/2024 they contacted me and said they wanted to make sure everything was good. A Girl and guy came out and noticed a couple things I didn't and said they would fix it that their company does not do work like that. They dug up all the previous geodrain and moved it to walls, tried to level out the drain and changed the location of the pumps and the drain outside. She had a really good work ethic and never took a break. The guy was on the other side of house and think he did good too. Everything they did looked professional and looks like they fixed everything. They had to come back today to finish the work today, but had three of them. It all looks good and they tested everything. They apologized about the old work and were not sure went wrong, but I don't have a negative view of the company now and am satisfied with the work they did. Just nocking one star for the under trained individuals that came the first time, the second crew was great!"

"After a really frustrating experience with another contractor who took our deposit and disappeared for two weeks without doing any work, we were honestly stressed and unsure who to trust next. I found LEA Concrete LLC this morning, reached out, and within hours they were already on-site. Not only did they show up the same day—they completed the entire job that afternoon. The difference in professionalism was night and day. They communicated clearly, showed up when they said they would, and delivered clean, high-quality work with zero delays. If you’re looking for a reliable, responsive, and professional concrete company, I highly recommend LEA Concrete LLC. They truly stepped up when we needed it most."

"Sergio and his team schedule the work for Tuesday of the next week, then called and asked if they could come the Friday before. They worked quickly to dig out my foundation, waterproof, and put a french drain in. I liked his work so much, I had him grade the entire property and put perimeter drains and boxes in. I am considering having him put down sod next!"

"I hired Carolina Crawlspace Services to completely clean out the crawlspace under my townhome, remove all of the old insulation and vapor barrier, and install new insulation along with a stronger, higher-quality vapor barrier. I received estimates from four other companies and chose Kyle and Carolina Crawlspace because their pricing was competitive, included more work than the others, and was slightly lower overall. Kyle communicated clearly throughout the entire process, arrived on time, and did a fantastic job. The quality of the work and professionalism exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Carolina Crawlspace Services to anyone who needs crawlspace work done."
