"I just bought a new house, where one room had a noticeable slope in it. I believe it was because this room used to be the garage before a remodel. I had RamJack come out to check it out to make sure there was not an issue with the foundation. They showed up and looked at the room, checked out the outside and performed some tests with their instruments. He could have scared me and told me that I needed lots of work, because honestly I have no idea about foundations and I was willing to pay to fix the issue on my new house. However, he explained to me that he did not believe there was an issue and that the house was fine. He said when I replace the carpet, to have the flooring people level out the slope and that should take care of it. It is great to work with those who do their best to give you accurate honest advice and not try and use your lack of knowledge against you. All of this was done for no cost, and that is what puts the cherry on top of this story. I know if I ever do have any issue, RamJack is the first place I will call, since if they tell me there is any issue I can trust that there really is one."

Randy has done multiple jobs for me related to landscape design, deck building, waterfalls. However, this most recent job he was able to reconstruct a falling down/structural damaged garage with new beams, garage door, support beams and siding. Additionally, he completed the siding and was open to several change orders as the job progressed.

Once the job was complete, I had a structural engineer look at the repairs and they were impressed at the change from before and after. The house was later listed and sold within one day based on the craftsmanship of the work and overall street appeal.

"They showed up on time and were extremely professional, and the bill I received for the materials matched what I was told the costs would be. The guys worked REALLY hard in the pouring down rain to clear out an overgrown backyard and put down landscape fabric and mulch - all in 2 days. I put survey tape around the plants I wanted left untouched and they very carefully worked around them. I also had given them instructions verbally and they did everything as I requested. As time has gone by there are spots where it appears that the fabric didn't overlap because weeds started to pop up in them but it's been easy to remedy. There was a drip system and they did pull the drip heads through the fabric but the heads had gotten broken during the clearing phase but that's been easy to fix. And I wasn't surprised because it would've been hard to avoid them while they were getting all of that other stuff out.
All in all, great work and I definitely recommend them.

"Wu Construction did an excellent job for us. Greg estimated what work needed to be done and we scheduled it as quickly as possible. The crew was on-time, very efficient and did a really nice job keeping things as clean as possible, which is no easy task when repairs are done to a wet & muddy foundation area. A full interior perimeter drainage and sump pump system was installed to eliminate standing water in the crawl space. The crew also removed all old floor insulation and installed new R-30 insulation. The crawl space was completely cleaned up and a new vapor barrier was installed. Everything was completed as agreed upon - all at a very fair & reasonable price. The crew even installed a permanent access ladder to the area so it would be easier to get into the crawl space area. I'd highly recommend Wu Construction for any drainage or foundation work needed to your home or business. Greg, the Estimator/Scheduler and Thomas Wang, the Construction Manager were a pleasure to work with. They kept us up-to-date on everything and were true to their word.
