"Iran H, Chris M and Floyd C were the service people from Ohio Basement Authority who repaired a leaning concrete block foundation wall in the basement and installed a sump pump. They did excellent, considerate work and I would recommend them for a similar project."

"We had water intrusion through some cracks in the foundation. Ever since Everdry came in and waterproofed, we have had no issues and their drainage system works great! Highly recommend!"

"Overall the crew did a great job, although the trimming one of the trees we had discussed did not go exactly as planned. The crew did fix what I had requested. Overall, they did a GREAT job with the landscaping and shrub cleaning and a good job with the tree trimming."

"Brian and crew were great and efficient. My patio is perfect. There were a few minor issues with my foundation/yard but they were able to remedy everything and complete in scorching heat. They then smoothed out the dirt for a clean cohesive look ( post pic, i guess i should take another of completed). They were meticulous in measuring, pouring, leveling. Im excited to use my patio for entertainment. The cost was what I expected for the size and amount of work done through the whole process, including preparation of ground prior to pour. Would definitely use again."

"I felt like Bluegrass was the most honest in regards to the actual work that needed to be completed. I was quickly able to get on the calendar for the foundation repairs that were needed on my home. I was very impressed with the team and the quality of their work. I highly recommend them!"

"At the initial assessment visit, the worker sent to do the assessment was inattentive, took a couple business calls during the appointment, and didn't seem to be in a hurry. Customer service was lacking in that aspect of the appointment. Didn't have a full understanding of what we had already paid for (pre-purchased service from Angie's List). Purchased an Angie's List ad that had a defined service to be provided at a specific price. Additionally, we were told to remove materials (drywall, studs on the ground, insulation) which was not required prior to repair according to the worker sent to do the actual repair of the crack. At the repair visit, the worker sent was most excellent. A complete 180 on the customer service provided. The gentlemen was attentive, appreciative of the pre-work of material removal, and worked efficiently to get the repair completed within an hour. Quality of work was excellent."

"Dugan Concrete is a very reputable Company. They did an excellent job repairing our driveway and our sidewalk. They were very professional and did an amazing job!! We did get our share of estimates but felt confident going with them..They weren't the cheapest but well worth the little extra. They definitly will not disappoint you."

"Only issue I have had is the finance company. No complaints with the product or installation"

"Wish I could give this company even more than 5 stars! We have an older home with a cellar basement and our walls were crumbling and letting in water. When tim and his team were done our walls look completely finished and dry. It is a whole new space. We were very impressed by Tims expertise, he was able to look around our old home and point out needed maintenance and repair. His team also cut out old piping in our basement. Added tiger jacks to further secure our structure and raised the sagging in our house. Also added a sub-pump and a new spigot. This team does it all! Not only that but for a very reasonable price. They went above and beyond to make our repairs perfect. Will definitely be using this company for all future work we need done."

"Mr. Moreland and his team were on time, stayed late and met all our needs. As the project developed, he was able to incorporate my changing wants and needs. I appreciated his honesty and ideas. I am planning on doing a master bath remodel and opening up the first floor for a little more of an open floor plan shortly as soon as our money allows, thank you all."
