An appointment made in the home was not given to the scheduler. A workman called that he was on the way and I had not been notified that the unit needed additional inspection at a time when the outside temperature was warm enough for the testing. These were minor matters. A workman was dispatched quickly when I called about a noise from the unit that I couldn't identify, diagnosed the problem (air leak at intake), and fixed it for me.
