"My basement had wall crack steps, horizontal cracks, bowing issues along with moisture issues. Water would come in the basement regularly. Everything was taken care of by RENEW about 6-7 years ago. They replaced some of the foundation bricks, installed a drainage system, placed reinforcement rods along the walls and installed a sump pump. RENEW also helped me with additional request as the project progressed (removing personal items, etc). On the exterior they added and pitched dirt along with placing decorative rocks. I’m writing this 6-7 years later so I’m sure I’ve left a few things out. Since having the work done, my basement has been dry. THERE IS NO WATER/MOISTURE PROBLEMS AT ALL! RENEW is a family business that takes pride in their work. They are dependable, personable, reasonable with cost and most of all knowledgeable. Most reviews are done relatively close to when the work is performed. My review is years later which should tell anyone reading this, they do excellent work at a reasonable price."

They found a problem with the foundation of my house that needed to be repaired before replacing the driveway and rebuilt the foundation wall next to the driveway. "I contacted Accurate Basement Repair after my basement decided to spring a leak this spring. If Iâ m going to be honest, itâ s happened before, but not to the extent that it did this year. Iâ ve held off calling anyone out of fear of how expensive basement repairs can be and I was expecting the worst. Accurate was recommended to me by my mother and by another friend of mine. I called to schedule an estimate and the woman I spoke with was great. A few days later, John came out to my house to inspect my basement. He walked around and looked at everything inside and out. John recommended to do a drain tile test because although I had water coming in thru some cracks in the wall, I was not getting any water in the sump crock. He explained the process to me so I knew exactly what to expect. If youâ re curious on how respectful Accurate will be to your property, John did not want to cut into the carpet in my basement, he wanted to roll it back so it wasnâ t damaged.... I cut the carpet myself. Afterwards he wouldâ ve tried to fix the carpet I cut if I hadnâ t told him not to bother. After the drain tile test was completed, John explained the results to me in such a way that I understood. While my basement may need corrective repairs in the future, John made several recommendations for outside work that he suggested that I try first. If those donâ t work, he said I should do the corrective interior work. It wouldâ ve been really easy for John and Accurate Basement Repair to sell me a completely new drain tile installation to correct the issues I was experiencing with my home and I would not have bat an eye at it. If youâ re looking for a repair company that is trustworthy and honest, you donâ t have to look any further than Accurate. If the exterior repairs donâ t do the trick at my house, I will not have anyone else but Accurate do the interior repairs."

"ErieHome waterproofed my basement. The crew was polite, kind, and came in, did an excellent job in 3 days by digging a trench on the inside of the basement, removing the dirt from the bottom of the foundation, installed corrugated tubing, rock and then cement. They also installed a Humidex airpurifier and new sump pump with a backup pump. They cleaned up afterward. Any questions I had were answered in a respectful manor. I now have peace of mind knowing that I no longer have to monitor weather forecasts for rain or have to clean up anymore incoming water. The system is warranted for the life of the house and included within the price, which increased the value of my home."

"They were slow to start, giving 4 different dates before actually starting but then kept working on the landscaping until completed. Once they were immersed in the landscaping I asked if they could add a fence panel to our existing fence and put another panel on the outside of the yard but still part of original fence. Then they gave 4 different dates to do this but never showed up until Nov 24. They completed the fence finally. I had a metal arch that needed repair or replacement. They left that arch laying in back of the garage this whole time and on the 24th they picked up the arch and left. Never told me about the arch resolution. In April of this year I contacted the owner and asked him to complete the landscaping behind the shed because they took the arch away. He then told me he couldn't find anyone to fix the arch and he said the new ones were cheap metal. I told him then to forget the arch and put the stones there that he had used next to the garage. He has never answered that nor given me a date to complete this space."
