"Parris Houchins and Benjamin Esparza did an outstanding job repairing the entrance to my driveway. A couple of wrecks had damaged the concrete and caused it to sink and crack. AFS came in and lifted the sunken areas and then replaced the broken concrete. AFS does business the old fashioned way - they do what they say, and they fix it right the first time. Highly recommend this company."

"Gus was really nice. He knew what we needed inspected and fixed for a reasonable rate."

"removed old system and installed new one that we can control. Had to fix some heads and plumbing issues."

"I subcontracted Dort Dreams for a driveway lane addition and a big patio in the back. He made last minute alterations without any problem to appease my customer on the thickness of the new slab for the patio. Both the driveway and the patio look great."

"They don t fix the problem they just cover it up. The fix of the problem is not inside but outside and nobody wants to dig outside and add tile and pea gravel and seal the blocks."

"Great guy he did a great job! Very professional! I highly recommend them"

"I called Braier for some water damage from the rain storms a few months ago in my area. My building was flooded completely and mold had set in before I realized it. “Brad” came and fixed the water damage and water sealed so it doesn’t happen again. Thank you again to the gentleman who was sent to my property. Will refer this company to anyone looking for quality work with cheaper prices."

"Very communicative from the beginning. Work done as promised. We had our deck extended 12x53 and he was by far the most reasonable. Looking fwd to future projects."

I take pride in offering honest, quality and reliable work.\nI was raised by a master plumber and started working in the trades when I was about 5 years old. Now, over 25 years later, I have learned to manage large projects by myself. I have extensive experience in residential and commercial plumbing service work but I have grown to love landscaping and property maintenance. The instant gratification of working with earth is much more satisfying.\nMowing, Landscape Remodel, Custom Decks & Fences, Ponds/Waterfalls, Seasonal & Storm Cleanup, Tree Trimming/Removal. \n\nIf you would like to support a local, family owned business that offers top quality service, Peace of Mind Property Maintenance is ready to go!
