"Very well. They worked diligently for two days to do the repair."

"Rainy Day Basement System from my very first contact to office manager, were to most responsive to questions and concerns. Ryan, my first contact was fantastic, Jessica was always available to answer questions and worked with the Swinomish Tribe (permitting agency) to get everything needed. Rainy Day Basement Systems is a company I would recommend to anyone looking for quality, not just in workmanship but also in customer satisfaction."

"I have a 10'x30' fenced back area to my condo with a small 3'x5' cement patio that was cracked and covered in slimy moss. The rest of the area was dirt and clay so I had little use of it . The only way to grow something was in pots. I was always tracking in mud and debris into my house. Lucas Construction cleaned and cleared out the area including the cement patio and laid a "stamped cement" patio over the entire area. They were wonderful. They went over and above their contract in moving items too heavy for me to move and unpacking things I bought for the new area. The finished product is a beautiful 10'x30' fully usable patio. I still can grow herbs in pots and have installed a cascading waterfall for ambiance. No slimy moss, dirt, and clay being tracked in. They worked hard and efficiently to get it done. I am so happy with them and their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting cement work done."

The price was reasonable for the quality of the repairs and fixes completed. Thank you Elijah and the team for the great roof restoration work."

"Great job done. Professional and quick to get it done."

"Mike was great and seemed very knowledgeable. My house and property was significantly damaged by flooding and it is a big job. I didn't get a bid for the full scope of work from Mike and ultimately decided on a contractor that gave me a bid for everything and knew personally. I looked at pictures of Mike's cabinet work and was impressed. It was a tough decision and work has not yet begun because I'm waiting on insurance. Mike was very kind which I appreciated during such a stressful time."

"Plumber was fast and friendly. Did the repair quickly and suggested improvements. Would hire again"

"Mark responded very quickly and got me on his schedule to clean my gutters and downspouts. Customer service was excellent and he followed up to explain what was causing the back up on the water flow. I would hire Gaspar again."
