"Henry did a great job he even repaired some cracks which were not originally priced out. I am very pleased with the work he did."

"The work was perfect. He's capable of addressing both basic masonry work as well as more detailed, complex and intricate masonry work. He is a diligent, hard worker. His price was extremely competitive as well. He's honest and delivers as he promises. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again. He's absolutely top notch."

"The project went great, from the first phone call to the end of the job. We were called a day before to confirm the arrival time, and the work crew arrived on schedule. It turned out they had some additional material from a previous job that day, so they actually repaired a bit more of the wall than had been agreed on, which we really appreciated. When we originally scheduled the job, we were given information on other services that Pioneer Basement provides, but at no time were we given any sales pitches. We're very confident that we picked the right firm to do our foundation repairs -- we'll definitely call them first for any similar work, and will recommend them to friends."

"Very professional. Did a complete inspection before giving an estimate. Avalon had the specific experience in repairing foundations that we were looking for. They also moved things in the basement to access the walls they worked on, then moved everything back when they were finished. They cleaned up afterwards both inside and outside."

"Patrick came out to fix my foundation in the basement. His quote was more the fair and the work he did was excellent. He was prompt, responsive and thorough. The foundation looks good as new! I will be calling again when I need a mason!"

"Excellent work from start to finish. On time initial evaluation and on time repair. Went the "extra mile" to repair additional small crack to ensure minimal water intrusion in foundation. Highly recommended and will use them again (if, that is, I need them :)"

"These guys are the best. They did repairs on the foundation in our cellar inside and outside and we have a 122 year old home with field stone foundation and it was crumbling in several areas. I must tell you we could not be happier with the end results. It looks fabulous even better than what we were expecting, we love it!!! Also, these guys work so hard and do such excellent work. As you can see we are thrilled with the job they did for us. So much so that they will be back in the spring to resurface our driveway and redo our in ground pool patio. Could not say enough about the work they did for us!!!"

"Stephen and Wendel's crew at Key Waterproofing Construction did an excellent job in waterproofing my basement with cement. They were extremely professional, and superfast. Completed the job in five hours, had a crew of six, to completed a foundation of 200 sq ft. The price was right and job was impeccable, crew left the site nice and clean."

"Seems to be good so far as the cracks in the foundation were rather large. Time will tell, Very expensive. Jerry D Walpole Ma"
