"They did a great job!  We gave them specific directions to trim the two huge trees off the roof and away from the sidewalk, and they did exactly that, and when we requested they trim a few branches a bit more because they hung over a neighbor's property, it was no problem or additional expense.  There was a very heavy windstorm within a month of the trim job, and a remaining branch snapped and was hanging down.  I called California Arborist and they came out the same day and cut it off, with no additional charge.  The trees were shaped nicely, not just lopped off.  We were very happy with the work.

He kept us appraised of his schedule because of all the rain this year. Suggested we think about adding a couple of trees to balance out the yard and we agreed. Matched the planter color to the existing wall and it looks like it has always been there. "While they were up there cleaning the gutters they told me about the deterioration of all the sealants on the air vents, the chimney and exhaust fans on the roof. They took pictures and showed me and I had them redo all the sealants. I have a feeling that that was a smart way for them to get some more work (most people aren't aware of the damage the Ca sun can do). It was the owner of the company and his son that did all the work and they were clean, pleasant and professional. When the 1st rains came after the work was done I suddenly remembered a small leak we had had in our bathroom and IT WAS NO LONGER THERE!! I was very happy with the work they did and would definitely recommend using them."

"Pacific Green was always on time and the project was completed much faster than I thought it would be. They completely removed the plants, drip system, weed barrier and mulch. Then they sprayed weed killer and let it sit a couple days. Then came the new weed barrier, drip system, plants and mulch; all of upgraded quality compared to the previous installation. At our first meeting they determined the scope of the project including plant requirements and gave me a ballpark estimate. They brought me pictures of a range of plants that fit my needs. I chose the ones I wanted, we agreed on the price and work began. They had me inspect at each stage of the job. It turned out so well that 2 of my neighbors have signed contracts with Pacific Green."

We had long wanted to install a drought resistant lawn, but were hesitant because we saw numerous examples of dreadful 'plop and plant' lawns ( not done by Pro1Day obviously)  in our neighborhood. 
Ric showed up as scheduled with his team with Sammy as his lead man.  They worked hard placing the boulders, showing patience as we tried to get the look we wanted. It took a lot of time and a lot of effort for them, but they were cheerful and did everything we asked.  Sammy showed his considerable experience helping us to place the plants to best effect. 
We are delighted with the result, and have had many compliments from neighbors and people driving by to momentarily stop and tell us how great it looked.  His price was very reasonable, less than what we had planned for.
I recommend Ric and Pro1Day without hesitation, and plan to ask him to do more work for us in the future.
