"Nature's Caretakers are the best.  They have specialist in all aspects of lawn maintenance.  Brian specializes in lawn and soil.  He knows about all the different grasses and soil nutrients important to a beautiful lawn.  Matt specializes in vegetation - his expertise is any plants, shrubs, etc and Austin specializes in lawn care, sprinklers and related equipment.  However, any of these three bosses are knowledgeable about all aspects of the services provided from their company. I am very impressed with their customer service and the personalized care provided to me.  All three of them came out last week to see how things were going, answer any questions and see how their employees were doing the job.  They stop by job sites regularly to check on workers and to talk with me to ensure a quality job is being performed. I am very impressed with  the care they provide me, the customer, as well as their support and caring for their staff.   A little expensive but competitive with other companies.  I have a large yard and it is very well worth it!

"He was on time, professional, courteous, and he found and fixed the problem quickly (within 1 minute). But he didn't take my money and run, he checked out each sprinkler zone, fixing a few sprinkler heads as he went. He also gave me advice on my front pond that was having issues. "Todd is really easy to work with. He worked around our schedule. While doing the work our house stayed very clean and each time we came home it was essentially as if they were never there. The tile guy took 12 x 12 marble tile and cut, honed, and polished it into our specified dimensions. Todd also was able to creatively work around a few of our house's quirks. He does not have a plumber that he works with so we did have to get our own plumber which ended up costing us quite a bit. Overall, a painless kitchen redo for a reasonable price and fantastic results!"

"So far, it has been an amazing experience. The whole team has been super responsive and professional. They said they would arrive at 8:00 am and they did! So refreshing! The crew they sent out were professional and did beautiful work. Still have one or two items to cross off once the dry wall is put in. Would absolutely use them again. "Getting the install scheduled was difficult: our calls were often unreturned and when we called on our own, we were not able to schedule the install. It wasn't until we threatened to cancel that a date was scheduled for installation. When the patio was installed, there were no borders to keep the pacers in place, leaving us to perform that work on our own. He have also had to add an additional 3 bags of sand to fill the cracks and complete that patio. The pacers look great and the work was done very quickly but the challenges in scheduling and the incomplete work preclude us from using this business again in the future."
