John travelled outside his regular service area to accommodate us, and beyond cleaning the pond, he installed lights, expanded our waterfall, recommended and installed a new, more efficient filter and covered our pond to catch the falling leaves. "Work Quality & Customer Service: very Responsive, creative/innovative, flexible, trustworthy, timely, etc. Had to work around two rain days and then allow ground to harden for backhoe work. Had narrow timeline due to our travel plans. Small lot in gated community. At outset, it was difficult to envision 'likely outcome' by talking and pointing. My wife 'knew' what she wanted ... managed to make some adjustments during the actual work process. This was a 30% expansion of existing water lily pond and adding two waterfall/streambed flows. The outcome exceeding our expectations. We sent around facebook fotos and have received numerous compliments. Ran into a snag with electrical wiring and was able to pull in a licensed electrician to solve on a weekend. Ran into some rock and had to work around it Value for Money: don't have valid comparison, so backed down the top rating very slightly. We highly recommend Dennis and his team."

"Due to Covid and teleworking full-time (1 yr+), I decided it was time to make my home more peaceful and a sanctuary. American Landscaping Company (ALC) did an outstanding job; they were fair, listened to what I wanted and what would (and would not) work in my yard and responded to all my questions immediately! Ruben, Hugo and their team (it was nice to see a woman as part of the team) were professional, respectful of me, my time and my home. To ensure that I would have no drainage issues, grass would grow and that I could appreciate and enjoy the beautiful outdoors, ALC installed two catch basins and down spouts that went from my backyard to the street, added sod and an irrigation system (in my front, back and side yards), installed a beautiful dry creek bed, a gorgeous retaining wall and huge stamped and sealed concrete patio, and finally planted trees to give me privacy from my neighbors. My husband is super specific and detailed and he has done everything from hang swings, garage doors, hung all my tvs and did the electrical and the wiring in my gym and all. He did a fabulous bedroom for my daughter with the selfie Hollywood mirror and my entire from yard landscaping, complete with a fountain and all. He did all the shopping to get the best price on plants and the hardware. Now he is working on my back yard redesigning the lay out and making me a 14 ft table to have for my family thanksgiving dinner. Just finished a dog play area outside for me.
