"I couldn't be happier!  My pond has been transformed; it looks amazing.  
My pond was built by my late husband some 17 years ago.  The pump was too small for the size of the pond which resulted in a strong algae growth which was requiring constant cleaning.  Also the black liner was visible all the way around the pond and on the waterfall.
The estimate was for 2-3 days of work.  They showed up when they said they would, they were very careful of my existing plants, they did a fantastic job and were finished and cleaned up in 2 days.
What they did:  two large piles of rocks, one river rock and one boulder size were delivered by them the first morning.  My pond was drained and literally scrubbed clean.  All the rocks in the stream were removed and scrubbed.  Then the boulders were layered starting on the bottom of the pond working up to the top which not only looks great but covers up all the black liner.  the old waterfall "ledge" was rebuilt with a large flat piece of stone which covers the old black ledge and creates a perfect sound when the water falls over it. The river rock was placed in the stream bed and also the pond bottom.  The old pump and filter were removed and the new combination pump, filter and skimmer were installed.  At last the pond was refilled and the pump turned on.  Everything began working as promised.

The crew that installed the lawn and the retaining wall did a great job in spit of the rain.  They asked for my opinion regarding the shape of the wall I wanted and checked my existing sprinkler system to make sure it gave coverage to the new lawn.  This crew did a great job and they were polite and professional.

I did have a little communication issues with the design consultants, but my issues were addressed and the job moved forward.

"I was not wild about them. It took me a long time to get hold of them and when they did send someone back they sent a couple of young guys. I had a handyman come out finish the work because I only had a couple of hours that I had bought and they weren’t finished. I understand that they had to leave the room and not finish painting it. I had a handyman coupon and so he painted it; he did a much better job than they did. I remember asking them to wash the wall and usual they wash the wall with a solution but they just picked up a wet rag and wiped it down. I just don’t know what they have done in one of the rooms because I did not say anything at the time. They just used masking tape on the woodwork and the paint can come through with the masking tape; it was not a good tape that they had used. They did not use the painters tape but just a masking tape. I had some good tape that I would have given them but I did not realize the tape that they were using so I did get a little paint on my woodwork. The guys that came out they were okay because they got to work and did not fool around but technically they were a little off. The paint looks okay."

"I have been using them for 3 years for multiple projects and would not go to somebody else. They also built a cabin in the woods. It was built 10 miles from the road so it was like carrying all the stuff up the path. They also did the garage and remodeling of the house, mostly kitchen and a little bit of plumbing work in the bathroom. I am still using them and I would be using them for the next thing that will be coming up too."
