They were flexible and when we made changes to the planned work and added two new patio landings they said no problem and completed the tasks for a fair price. The new fencing, patio, and walkway look beautiful and we’re looking forward to the next rain storm to see the trench take the rain water to the sewer and not flood our yard! "My pond is the healthiest it's ever been, I don't know if it's because of backyard ponds, or whatever? But I now have baby fish about 12 of them and I am going to hire them to do my winterization. I got a very professional reminder from backyard ponds in the mail today, and I really appreciate the reminder. Sometimes things like this slip your mind, but it's very nice that they remind you that winter is coming up, and you need to plan for the future. My fish are not expensive, because this is a newly renovated pond. But I'm very happy with the job that they did, and I will recommend them in the future. And I will be using them very soon"

They were very helpful with suggestions for repairs and are going to send ideas of what they can do (the fountain needs a complete re-do).
