They were willing to be flexible when we asked about installing a patio which was not in the original plan. Before we hired him, the owner, Rick Tillotson, came to our house to discuss what we wanted done in our yard.  We knew we wanted to replace the front walkway and to redesign the landscape in the front yard, but did not know how to proceed.  Rick had a vision for our front yard which we could never have imagined on our own.
