"The job went very well. John worked with us by performing the work over three move-ins so that we were able to use most of our house during the process. The level of quality is very good including cement floated floors over wood and hot mop tar for waterproofing in the shower. The layout for the tile pattern was right on and Johns recommendations are good and should followed. I am a licensed contractor in another trade so I have a good understanding of doing a job right with a critical eye for workmanship."

I paid them cash $1000, I paid them a check and they said they never got the check, I had to send them copies of the check. Their accounting department leaves a little to be desired. Suggested we think about adding a couple of trees to balance out the yard and we agreed. Matched the planter color to the existing wall and it looks like it has always been there. They put in new driveway (with pavers) and pedestrian staircase, new landscaping with mature trees, new lighting and electrics, new IPE hardwood fencing. Couldn't be happier with their work. "While they were up there cleaning the gutters they told me about the deterioration of all the sealants on the air vents, the chimney and exhaust fans on the roof. They took pictures and showed me and I had them redo all the sealants. I have a feeling that that was a smart way for them to get some more work (most people aren't aware of the damage the Ca sun can do). It was the owner of the company and his son that did all the work and they were clean, pleasant and professional. When the 1st rains came after the work was done I suddenly remembered a small leak we had had in our bathroom and IT WAS NO LONGER THERE!! I was very happy with the work they did and would definitely recommend using them."
