"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

"I though the finished product was well done, until the carpeting on the steps came loose and both the plumper, me and my dog slipped on the steps. Advise Anthony Barrera of the problem, and he promised to fix it. He never did."

"Vince called me back within hours of my sending him a message through Angie's List.  Even though he does not list Montgomery County as one of his service areas, he was completely willing to help us out.  In my message, I had requested the work to be done onsite but Vince explained why having him pick up the generator and take it back to his shop to work on it would make more sense.  His charge for pick-up and delivery back to us was only $34.95.
When Vince came to pick up the generator, he was on time and was able to give me a ballpark cost for the work (which turned out to be very accurate).  He said that he could get it back to us in 3-4 days but I asked if he could do it faster as there was a snow storm predicted for the next day or so.  Vince agreed to a shorter time line and ultimately got the generator back to us within 1 day!  There ended up being no snow storm but we got our generator back in working condition - along with a booklet of care instructions, a copy of our invoice, and a service history form.  A few days later we received a hand-written Thank You card in appreciation of our business.  I can't imagine how the service could have been any better.  We will use Vince for any future small engine repairs/maintenance we have and highly recommend him and his services.

"I called Mr. Lucas yesterday to see if he could clean a 2nd story gutter for me. He gave me a very fair price over the phone and said he'd be here between 9:30 and 10 today. He and his son were right on time. His son got up on the roof and got to work on the clogged gutter. After chatting with Mr. Lucas for a few minutes, I knew I'd found an honest man with integrity and skill. I had him give me estimates for 2 more repair jobs that have been on my list for a while. His prices were very fair and I have confidence that he and his son will do an excellent job. I would highly recommend Mr. Lucas for work you need done. I know that I will use his services again!"
