They were highly professional and made me feel like I mattered to them. I am highly satisfied. The new one is perfect. They offered a good selection of finishes for the top and color for the bottom of the pads. The new pad was carefully packaged and arrived in terrific condition. I would highly recommend them to others wanting a good table pad."
