"Alamo Garage Doors did a great job fixing my garage door problem. The technician was on time and very polite. Everything works perfectly now."

"GREAT! The garage door wouldn't raise more than 5", via opener. Called when they opened. They added me to the schedule for TODAY. They don't make appointments, per se, but rather they call you 30 minutes before expected arrival. I received my call and tech was on time. Initial diagnosis made. (Broken spring) . Gave me the option to replace one or both. I chose both. Work was efficiently done. Very happy with service, Very happy with courteous tech."

"Pole barn garage door wouldn't open all the way. Another company came out looked at it and asked how old it was and then said it needed replaced at $4800. Apex came out took panel off garage opener and found problem right away. There was a mouse next in it. They cleaned it out, inspected wires and then readjusted perimeter for open and close levels for door. They even bent back the panel before putting back on garage opener so mice can not crawl back inside. They really care about customers and only charged for what's needed, they dont try to make you pay for a whole new system if it wasn't needed. This is my second time using them and I will definitely use them in the future."

"John - garage guru. Fix the issue ASAP replace the parts it’s really needed. Really appreciated and highly recommended!"

"I have a 3 car garage and The Garage Door Guy replaced in May’26 the single garage door opener (opener was about 30 years old). Just yesterday (7/9/26) TGDG replaced the garage door opener on my 2 car garage door that was nearly 26 years old. James, the owner, replaced my 2 car garage door opener. TGDG price for the opener & installation was the best I could find (I did research). James is a real professional who is very knowledgeable and courteous and very likable. I have the same regards for Richard (the tech that did my single door opener installation) which isn’t surprising since James, the owner, trained him. If you are looking for a great price and quality workmanship be sure to give James a call at The Garage Door Guy - you won’t be sorry you did."

"Responded to Service Request quickly and set a time to fix next day. Arrived and finished installation quickly. Picked Opener that was just what I wanted. Quiet and worked just as well as my old opener. Would call this company again for any other garage door issues."
