"We had an excellent experience.  We were contacted promptly over the phone to schedule our maintenance right after the holidays.   Since I could only be home during school vacation, they did everything they could in order to squeeze me in despite having a full schedule for the week.  When the owner came, he was professional, did a thorough job inspecting the condition of our garage door and its parts.  He immediately found why my remote was not closing the door and fix it quickly.  He also helped answer a number of questions on whether or not it would be worthwhile to replace our door at a later time.  All in all, we were very satisfied with the level of service we received.  I would recommend using the Garage Door Co of Boston without hesitation.
