When that was completed, he also showed how the garage door itself could use to be adjusted so it made less noise when opened. I was happy to pay the additional fee to get that resolved. All told, it was a very positive experience - professional, thorough, friendly, and timely. There is a 5-year warranty on the unit and 1-year labor warranty, but I expect this product to last much longer in the future."

I explained the issues we were having and he replaced the rollers and made some adjustments. WOW what a difference it made! I forgot how quiet the door sounded when it was new.
