He was able to give us detailed results after he was done, explaining what was bad, needed replaced, etc. quality of work was great as well, always very helpful in explaining what needs to be done, and explaining pricing for jobs as well. He’s been coming out to the plant for a long time and we have been extremely satisfied with his work. If you have a business with roll up doors and the like, highly recommend!"

"Jim and partner Don, and their crew did a fantastic, professional job.  From the detailed estimate to the finished product, they were prompt and kept us informed of when they would be working, when any problems or changes needed to be discussed, and even detected and fixed very inexpensively a structural problem with our deck.  They redesigned our stairs off our deck to provide access to both the yard and the area below the deck.  It is very functional and solid. No problems at all.  They also built and installed two gates on the stairs to keep our dog corralled.  We looked into others for this work and found them to be reasonably priced and highly recommended.  They even took us to another job site to show us the quality of their work.  Jim is truly a quality professional and individual and has provided other advise about some home issues.  If you call him, you will be very impressed and happy you did.  I highly recommend him.

"We were very impressed with Mr. Freewalt during the bid and evaluation period for our new detached garage.  We ended up choosing a different company to do the work and are pleased with the result.  However, our contact with Mr. Freewalt was also very positive and I have no doubt he could have done a nice job too.  We went with the other company partly because it was a firm bid while Freewalt Builders was an estimate and the actual charges would be cost plus a percentage.  I understand that his procedure is likely to result in less overall cost, but we needed a firm quote with no worry about overruns.  We would be very happy to work with Mr. Freewalt on future projects.

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
