"We expected the project to run a little longer and cost a little more than we budgeted. There were certainly surprises hidden in those old walls, but Allan is a straight shooter. His guys (Tom, Joe, Brandon) are all very pleasant deal with and skilled tradesmen. I was impressed by their attention to detail and they were always interested in ensuring things were done correctly. Their wood skills are very good. They rebuilt old windows and doors, and all of their framing work was well done. I felt very good about the craftsmanship. Allan's bid will not be the lowest. But you can be sure you'll get your money's worth. They don't rush things. They do it right.
