"Ivan came out to replace our garage trim due to squirrel damage and did a fantastic job. He was timely, responsive, and easy to communicate with where I had questions. Very easy to work with Ivan. Squirrel crisis averted and garage looks very good - high quality job by Ivan. I also had Ivan look at an ice damn issue we have been having on a section of our home. Ivan assessed the insulation, showed me the issue with lack of insulation (there was only 3 inches) and the building standards, gave me a fair price on insulating, and a week later he has insulated this section of our home. I am confident this will take care of our ice damn issue. I also could not believe this was not caught when we bought our home and again had insulation checked by a company last year after paying $3000 in ice dam removal. We are very thankful for Ivan?s expertise. Ivan stands behind his work and will help if we have additional concerns. I will 110% leverage Ivan in the future at our home."

"WOW is all I can say! Steve came down for the estimate shortly after contacting him via Home Advisor. I could tell he truly cares about what he does. I like the fact that the person who initially meets with you is the person who does the work instead of a crew who is trying to get a job done fast. Steve took his time to make sure the garage was done right. His work was excellent. I am extremely pleased with the way it turned out. We have always wanted a finished garage floor, but never found the right company to install it. We have already had several neighbors want to work with FlorDEK as well.
