"My garage door was uneven, and Alamo Garage Doors fixed it quickly. The technician tested the door several times to make sure it was safe. I felt confident after the service."

"The repair man did a good job on one of two sensors on the garage door attached to the home. He didn?t even check the opposite sensor which continues to give us a problem."

"I called and was scheduled an appointment within 2 days; great! My technician Cameron was absolutely OUTSTANDING! He quoted me prior to any work, explained in detailed the issue, provided a walkthrough of what he would do to remedy the problem and then fixed it.... that day. This included the replacement of a 10-12 foot bar I assumed would require me to make another appointment for him to replace. No, he came prepared with all tools and parts needed to complete the job without a repeat visit! Job WELL DONE A++! I felt secure leaving him unattended in the garage to finish the work and when I walked into the garage I always found him working, not on his phone like other repairmen I have had. Cameron was professional and courteous. He was not annoyed that I asked questions and even made suggestions about future repairs that I could make to avoid costly ones later down the road, like preventative maintenance. I have no idea if this is company training or just a good technician. Judging by the rating other customers have given though I can safely assume this is mostly good hiring techniques and training in combination with a great tech. My only regret is I did not call them sooner and that they do not build storage sheds. I will be recommending this company, specifically Cameron, to anyone needing garage door installation or repairs. I hope they let me know if they build storage sheds in the future and other honey-do stuff I was tasked with by the wife"

"We could not be more impressed with All-Pro Garage Doors Services Inc. - Brandon Howell! We recently had four new garage doors and garage door openers installed at our Gulf-front home, and from start to finish, Brandon was absolutely exceptional. He removed our existing doors, installed the new ones, and handled every detail with the kind of professionalism and care that you simply don’t encounter very often anymore. What stood out most was how accessible and genuinely helpful Brandon was throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer every question we had - without hesitation and made sure we understood everything before, during, and after the installation. He was knowledgeable, dependable, respectful of our home, and clearly took pride in doing the job right. When you are trusting someone with a major project at your home, you want a contractor who shows up, communicates, follows through, and genuinely cares about the finished product. "These guys did an amazing job. I am glad I did not listen to any of the reviews on Facebook because unfortunately there was some bad ones. I went with my gut and I’m glad I did. Craig and Mike were excellent. They listen to all my concerns and even changed a few things with no complaints at all. I will definitely hire them again and recommend them to anyone in the future. Thank you again for all that you did. It truly came out amazing."
