"Customer Service stinks. I had to call on the day of install at 10 A.M to find out what time they're suppose to show up. Only to get a call bk 15 min. later to be informed their truck broke down. Wonder how much time would have elapsed before they called me? At 10:45 I was informed they were still working out a solution. They were pretty much resolved to waiting till tomorrow. At 12:30 P.M they called to tell me that they would be showing up on the next day. And that I would need to call them in the morning to get an ETA. That's my job?! I asked them to please call me in the morning. Missed another day of work! Day 2 at 9:30, I begrudgingly call to find out where they were. They hadn't left yet, they still needed to outfit the rental truck they had got from yesterday. Yep, that's right had the rental since 3 PM the day before & waited until the morning to outfit it. If you don't care about how you get there, then you'll be happy with the final results. I'll admit my garage looks good."
