"Our garage floor had cracks and stains. My husband tried a DIY fix but it didn't do anything other than plug the cracks. The garage floor looked terrible and we knew that we couldn't sell our house with our existing garage floor. I contacted Stonghold and they carefully explained their process and what the floor would look like after they were done. I asked for a quote and they quickly came to my house and showed me various floor coverings. I loved the one I selected, they were very professional, and the quote was reasonable so I signed the contract. They showed up as promised and quickly went to work. "I had the decking replaced, new railing and stairs installed. Workers were very helpful, efficient, and completer the work on time and with good quality. I also contracted to have shed doors replaced. However the material that they were going to use for the doors was composite T1-11 not wood. I wanted wood. The project manager called and said that due to issues with corona virus they were having a hard time getting the material needed. I can understand that , but they had weeks to get the correct material . In addition the project manager told me the day before the work was started that they were going to do the demo work only and that they would come back in a few days to complete the work because they were waiting on the material. The project manager gave me 3 options: use the material at hand, cancel the shed door project and not pay for it, or pay more for the material I wanted.. I decided to cancel the shed door project. As I stated above the deck work was done well, and I am satisfied with it. I would use the company again, but I would make sure that the type of material being used is stated clearly in the contract."
