Said he had checked everything and the door was operating properly. He tried the door one more time before leaving and it stopped part way down and then started back up. He replaced the capacitor and tested the door. Three weeks later, the door began having the same problem. I will hire someone else to fix it this time. I had this same company fix a problem with the door a year ago; that serviceman was very professional & identified the problem rapidly. I do not want this year's serviceman on my property again; I do not trust that he knew what he was talking about.

"Pole barn garage door wouldn't open all the way. Another company came out looked at it and asked how old it was and then said it needed replaced at $4800. Apex came out took panel off garage opener and found problem right away. There was a mouse next in it. They cleaned it out,inspected wires and then readjusted perimeter for open and close levels for door. They even bent back the panel before putting back on garage opener so mice can not crawl back inside. They really care about customers and only charged for what's needed, they dont try to make you pay for a whole new system if it wasn't needed. This is my second time using them and I will definitely use them in the future."
