"I hired Kelli and Steve to do 2 12ft x 12ft doors in my new 38 x 50 shop that I built and asked them to install a Jack Shaft opener that I had purchased the year before for my existing shop that is attached to my house. I hired Kelli and Steve because they had done many doors for my dad in Colorado. Not only did Steve and Kelli drive all the way to Cheyenne, WY where I live, but they arrived at 10:00 am installed 2 garage door installs with tracks, trim seals, and 2 heavy duty commercial openers, and a jack shaft install on my 3rd door that I already had. They where 100% done and back on the road by 6:00 pm. This was impressive and the doors could not have turned out any better. They walked me through them and explained maintenance and gave me all the info on the doors that I might need. "The spring on our garage door broke this morning. I was at work, and my husband had to be at work at 2pm. our garage door wouldn’t shut. I called Primos at 10:02am, they squeezed us in, with a window of time between 11am and 1pm. I told them I needed them at the house as close to 11 as possible. I got a text at 10:40am saying Toby was on his way. Toby fixed the spring, and had the garage door back up and running by 11:20am. This is not the first time Primos has helped us in a time crunch.
