"Had my garage break over the weekend while my husband was out of town. I called on a Saturday night and they answered! They arranged to have someone out on Monday. I was able to open my door by hand in between those days. I didn't even have to worry my husband about it! Isaac came out and fixed it quickly. Then he explained all that he did. "The spring on our garage door broke this morning. I was at work, and my husband had to be at work at 2pm. our garage door wouldn’t shut. I called Primos at 10:02am, they squeezed us in, with a window of time between 11am and 1pm. I told them I needed them at the house as close to 11 as possible. I got a text at 10:40am saying Toby was on his way. Toby fixed the spring, and had the garage door back up and running by 11:20am. This is not the first time Primos has helped us in a time crunch.
