Because I replaced the door is an insulated garage door. This required raising the rails. Work was solid and I love my new door. Notemy phone is temporarily out of service.."

"Great service! Ben, the technician, arrived during the promised window, was friendly, courteous, professional, and efficient. He advised regarding options for service (lube & tune of existing system) vs motor replacement. Ben also advised that if I elected service vs replacement at this time and subsequently (within one year) replaced the motor, the cost for the lube & tune service would be credited toward the purchase price of a new motor. I'm very satisfied with the entire customer experience. Ben was excellent and I would highly recommend Local Garage Door Company."
