So I called Precision for a second opinion. Mark came over the same day, and told me the shelves were fine and we just needed to clear some space for them to work. He was able to schedule the service within days. Stason was our technician. He called me to see if he could come earlier(11:20am) than scheduled(1:00pm). He was really courteous and professional. He worked the whole time and singlehandedly removed the old door and installed the new one by 2:00pm. He spent time explaining to me how to operate and maintain it, and about the warranty. He left no mess and everything worked fine. I'm extremely happy with both people I worked with and the results. Highly recommended!!"
