"Lee was a very "hands on" Carpenter. He explained the process of replacing my Porch ceiling in detail. Then he did the job!. He helped me position the electrical boxes for the lights and the ceiling fans as well as walked me threw the molding trim and the strapping required. Lee brought with him a laser that allowed us to make sure the new ceiling was level as well the positioning of the electrical boxes. Lee brought 2 more workers to the project when required and got the job done ahead of schedule and within budget and his estimate! "Very prompt and polite. Explained things well and gave me options for the repair or replacement. Not sure about value because I did not get quotes from other companies to compare. For the new install the technician only had one option (the more expensive one) in the van to install same day but could come back another day for a less expensive model. I opted to go with what he had available (perhaps this a marketing plow or just the circumstances?). Any way the new garage opener is very nice and a great upgrade from what I had."

Scheduling was fast, on the day of the appointment he arrived within the one-hour window we’d settled on (after calling to let me know he was on the way), and the installation went without problem. We were pleasantly surprised that we could have two garage doors programmed to a single keypad. Casey mentioned that one of the springs on one of the doors was breaking -- something that was obvious to see once he'd pointed it out -- and quoted a very reasonable price for repairs if we chose. It took a few days at our end to work out availability, but once done Casey again made scheduling very easy, and repaired the door without issue. Would definitely recommend."
