A bit uncharacteristic of me not to get multiple quotes before hiring him; instead I called two different companies after his installation was completed and asked them to give me a quote to do the same work with commercial grade springs. They asked to see the pictures of my garage door set up, and the prices given to me were $395 and $450, while Ezra billed me $750. It took Ezra about 2 hours to complete the job."
