"I was very impressed with Arizona's Best Garage Door and Repair Company from the get go. I submitted a claim for Arizona's Best services (late at night and after normal working hours) and within minutes I received a phone call from Irene, inquiring whether I had an emergency. I was pleasantly surprised to get Irene's call and was able to schedule a service call for the following morning. Initially, I needed the garage door sensors to be adjusted and a tune up of the garage door. Unfortunately, the minor repair turned into replacing the garage door opener since the existing one was almost 20 years old. I ended spending more than I anticipated on what I thought was a minor repair but my house is older and things are beginning to break down from normal wear and tear. Arizona's Best replaced the old garage door opener and thankfully offered me discounted price due to an ongoing deal. Jay was the technician who performed the job. He arrived within the two-hour window and was courteous and professional. I appreciate that he took the time to answer and explain what was he was doing whenever I had a question. I would definitely recommend Arizona's Best and will hire them again if needed. I am all about customer service and timely responsiveness and Arizona's Best gets high marks for these."

"Our experience with Guardian Garage Floors was outstanding. If we could give 10 stars, we would. From our first contact to arrange an estimate through completion, everyone we dealt with were very professional, customer oriented and friendly. Jon from Sales met us at our new home as it was close to being completed and provided great guidance and suggestions for our garage floor and patio project. There was never any pressure sales tactics. Rather, he explained the process and helped us select the color and chip style that fit our home. He most definitely knew the product & process. Next up was Audrey, who worked her magic to get us scheduled right after closing and before moving everything into the garage. She kept us up to date and well informed throughout the process. On the day of the install, Bryce and Mike showed up right on time and explained how the day would go. They are very customer focused and wanted to be sure we were happy and satisfied with the work. "We had our garage door spring break on a Friday. American Home Shield couldn't get anyone to come out before the following week, so we inquired as to which Garage Door Companies would fix it as emergency, since my wife has medical conditions and needs to be able to travel. Of the two Garage Door Companies that are available 24 hours, A1 Garage Door Service LLC was the only one that could be there same evening. They got to our home to fix the broken spring so we could open the Garage around 8:00 pm."
