I chose polyurthane to finish a basement floor and was especially pleased with the repairs made to major cracks present in the floor before the finish was applied. I was a bit surprised that the owner never followed up after the job was done to see for himself how it turned out, but maybe he only does that if the customer calls about any issues or complaints."
