"I hired Tom and his company after seeing all positive reviews in HomeAdvisor, they cleaned my old concrete garage floor and resurfaced it. It took a couple a of days for the floor to dry, and a primer coating was applied, and then the last coating, I learned it is a Polymer. Anyway, the floor looks good and solid afterwards, we have been using it daily now, great job Tom."

I was skeptical but let him proceed.He was never contracted by Lowell Garage Door they do not do that.Tuesday a white van pulled in my driveway with very large lettering Lowell Garage Door.After explaining what happened we we were all angry.I was charged triple the cost and everything was was not fixed as the man did not know how to.Stephen the owner of LGD knew exactly the problem and fixed it in 10 minutes. "The experience with Sal from Saugus door was exceptional. He arrived on time and in a truck that clearly was marked Saugus Overhead Door. He explained what washing to replace. The price quoted prior to job was price unpaid upon completion. He took the time to set up my car to the garage openers and he cleaned up and took parts etc with him. Lisa is the office was also very kind and helped schedule the visit in a timely manner. i would highly recommend saugus door. Beware of other companies that you can’t identify."

"Great customer service! I inquired on their website and received a call back within a few hours. Chris was extremely honest and gave us a very fair estimate for the job. We signed off on the job the second week of March and the work was completed 2 weeks later! Hudson & Matt completed the project and were fantastic! Showed up right on time and explained everything they would be doing. They started our 2 car garage at 8am and were all cleaned up by 3:00pm!
