My Dad who is 89 y/o has a 2 car garage but has not used one side of the garage for a car because he has LOTS of tools on that side. However, the garage door opener that is 25 years old wasn’t working and we were under the impression it needed to be replaced. We had a couple other repairmen out to give us estimates. In the end we needed two remote garage door openers because after not using it for 25 years my Dad would have no idea where they were.
