"We had our garage door spring break on a Friday. American Home Shield couldn't get anyone to come out before the following week, so we inquired as to which Garage Door Companies would fix it as emergency, since my wife has medical conditions and needs to be able to travel. Of the two Garage Door Companies that are available 24 hours, A1 Garage Door Service LLC was the only one that could be there same evening. They got to our home to fix the broken spring so we could open the Garage around 8:00 pm."

"Once I entered information of what I needed done Adam responded immediately. He was able to have someone come out the same day to see what needed to be done with my garage door. I was updated on times when someone would arrive. Sam called when he was on his way. He was very informative about what would be done & was also able to give me pricing. "Roberta and Ricardo, were willing to take on a task that was not to familiar to them. They provided reasonable quote, and arrived prompted and ready to execute. The reviews for the greenhouse stated that it would take multiple days, but they got it together in one to meet a deadline for my event. "I highly recommend Mike and Loft Remodeling. Mike contacted me after I had been told by 2 other companies that it was too late in the year (October) to have new windows created in my family room. I had disappointedly decided to postpone my plan until spring and was so happy that Mike did the job, beautifully, within weeks. Mike created new windows in the family room, previously a very dark space, well in advance of the Holidays. Mike was also very accommodating when I asked about an additional, outdoor job which consisted of moving a fence to allow me to let my dog in and out from the attached garage, another project I had been told would have to wait. Now with the snow and messy weather it is so great to be able to spare my family room floor. The projects were done with minimal disruption to the household, were affordable, and I appreciated that Mike respected Covid precautions in and around my home. I will definitely be calling upon him again as I think of future projects."
