He could not have been more helpful, friendly or professional. He explained what needed to be done and why, and quoted two price points for me to consider. The work was done quickly and efficiently. "John came out to check out my garage door problem. I didn’t know what was going on with it and why it would not open. John quickly identified it was a broken spring and replaced it in an affordable and timely manner. John inspected my door and saw a couple more things with problems and suggested it so we did them to prevent future issues. John was not pushy and gave me options to choose from. Informative, fair priced, easy to work with, and overall a great experience. Would happily hire Grey Duck Garage Doors again and highly recommend to anyone."
