"Had a broken spring on our garage door. The door could not be opened and our cars were stuck in the garage. Called the repair company on a Saturday and they were able to send a service rep the next Monday. The Service rep arrived within the promised timeframe. The Rep explained the options of service very well and the costs associated with each. Based on the age of the door we opted for the complete overhaul service. The work was done to our satisfaction and am grateful to have the door working again."
