The owner works nights and weekends and ithe garage broke Sunday night around 6 pm after reviewing and talking to several repair guys tip top said he would come out right now, he has 30 yrs experience and knows what heâ s doing! He needed a support piece to reinforce the bottom of the door and drove back 20 miles to get the piece that could of been fixed at a later time and came back and finished the job! So I called Precision for a second opinion. Mark came over the same day, and told me the shelves were fine and we just needed to clear some space for them to work. He was able to schedule the service within days. Stason was our technician. He called me to see if he could come earlier(11:20am) than scheduled(1:00pm). He was really courteous and professional. He worked the whole time and singlehandedly removed the old door and installed the new one by 2:00pm. He spent time explaining to me how to operate and maintain it, and about the warranty.
