Scheduling was fast, on the day of the appointment he arrived within the one-hour window we’d settled on (after calling to let me know he was on the way), and the installation went without problem. We were pleasantly surprised that we could have two garage doors programmed to a single keypad. Casey mentioned that one of the springs on one of the doors was breaking -- something that was obvious to see once he'd pointed it out -- and quoted a very reasonable price for repairs if we chose.
