"The experience with Sal from Saugus door was exceptional. He arrived on time and in a truck that clearly was marked Saugus Overhead Door. He explained what washing to replace. The price quoted prior to job was price unpaid upon completion. He took the time to set up my car to the garage openers and he cleaned up and took parts etc with him. Lisa is the office was also very kind and helped schedule the visit in a timely manner. i would highly recommend saugus door. Beware of other companies that you can’t identify."

"Great customer service! I inquired on their website and received a call back within a few hours. Chris was extremely honest and gave us a very fair estimate for the job. We signed off on the job the second week of March and the work was completed 2 weeks later! Hudson & Matt completed the project and were fantastic! "Called on a Friday got an appointment for Saturday between four and five actually got a phone call to see if they could come earlier. Tech came out took a look at our garage door and opener took my budget into consideration installed the new garage door opener belt driven instead of chain . Also did a rebuild so I got new springs seeing the garage door was still in good condition. Technician was fantastic left everything clean. Technician also showed me how to work the new door opener and keypad . I highly recommend this company"
