"I used Angi to find a company that would replace two 30 year old garage doors at my son’s house in West Boylston. I chose Triple A and an installer (Joey) because they were both very highly rated. After first talking with Joey on the phone and then meeting him at the installation site, it was obvious that I made the right choice. Joey “knew his stuff” and is very polite and a hard worker. No games, no hard selling. Prices were up front, accurate, and fair. The doors (custom color and one low clearance) with garage door openers had to be special ordered for delivery about a month later and were then installed a few days later at a date and time that Joey and I agreed on. On completion, Joey took all the old and useless doors, garage door openers, hardware, and packaging and left the garage clean for the cars to be immediately driven in. I have no hesitation in recommending this company or Joey for either installing or repairing garage doors"

I was very pleased with the assistance I received on which option was best for what I was trying to accomplish (polyurthane vs epoxy finish), but wish that there had been some color samples to look at to help make a final decision. Overall, I am very satisfied with the process and the job. I chose polyurthane to finish a basement floor and was especially pleased with the repairs made to major cracks present in the floor before the finish was applied. I was a bit surprised that the owner never followed up after the job was done to see for himself how it turned out, but maybe he only does that if the customer calls about any issues or complaints."

"Simply wonderfully. 2-person team came out to make the estimate. (They volunteered to do it via sending photos, but happened to be in the area.) Showed me options courteously safely and distanced. Received the quote the same evening, and the next day, scheduled it via email to take place when the doors were in stock. Received a call when they were in, and they were able to schedule me in just a couple days later. It was the dead of winter and about zero degrees out, but the two-man team had these beasts installed (and the old ones removed) all during daylight hours. What an absolute treat to have whisper-quiet garage doors, too. Fab quality, excellent workmanship, great service. I wish I had another garage so they could replace those doors too."

"Called on a Friday got an appointment for Saturday between four and five actually got a phone call to see if they could come earlier. Tech came out took a look at our garage door and opener took my budget into consideration installed the new garage door opener belt driven instead of chain . Also did a rebuild so I got new springs seeing the garage door was still in good condition. Technician was fantastic left everything clean. Technician also showed me how to work the new door opener and keypad . I highly recommend this company"

"After discovering black mold creeping up the sheetrock along my basement wall we found that we had a hidden leak that we thought came from the patio door above. The home owners ins adjuster told us to hire a contractor and to brace ourselves because he believed the damage was extensive. He was right. We hired Matt Palmer (MMP Construction) and he gave us the devastating news that the entire lower half of the house was rotted from water damage due to an improperly flashed deck that ran along the back of the house.  I desperately wanted to save the deck, (54X12). It was a difficult task, but Matt was able to save it.
Matt worked diligently, stayed in contact with me (I was not able to be present during the day) and in the end gave us a great product. Matt was not only skillful, but very knowledgeable, creative, and professional. I will definitely be hiring him again.
