All the time, he was listening carefully to my needs and wishes, and asking me good questions to assure that we were completely aligned on the project, choosing precisely the right materials to use, etc. We quickly moved on to a written estimate, and Robert was very willing to answer a few last questions. Pointed out other things I might consider doing in addition to the new springs, but no high pressure. No service fee, even on the holiday. I'm very satisfied."
