"Great service and very reasonable! I called AB Garage Door on a Tuesday morning, Alan got back to me a little over an hour later and was at my house approximately 15 minutes after that. Wow! They fixed my broken cable, replaced a roller, and lubricated the mechanisms. My garage door now works like new. Agree with comments about being careful about other companies using call centers, etc. I made that mistake in the past. Highly recommend Alan and his company!"

"Sept 14/20 a plain white van pulled my driveway.I asked him if he was from Lowell Garage Door.He replied he was contracted out.That he was a subcontractor SCAM!!! I was skeptical but let him proceed.He was never contracted by Lowell Garage Door they do not do that.Tuesday a white van pulled in my driveway with very large lettering Lowell Garage Door.After explaining what happened we we were all angry.I was charged triple the cost and everything was was not fixed as the man did not know how to.Stephen the owner of LGD knew exactly the problem and fixed it in 10 minutes. "We spoke to a lot of overhead door guys and they all seem pretty similar when it comes to door selection, quality and openers. The prices varied alot and Sal was the best price for the quality we were looking at. I liked Sal the most of all of the guys we spoke to: he was very personable, easy to deal with, gave us the options in a straightforward way. 
We ended up going with another company because my wife liked the style of one specific door that he did not carry. I wish he could have. Will post our experience with the other company after he installs.

"Great customer service! I inquired on their website and received a call back within a few hours. Chris was extremely honest and gave us a very fair estimate for the job. We signed off on the job the second week of March and the work was completed 2 weeks later! Hudson & Matt completed the project and were fantastic! Showed up right on time and explained everything they would be doing. They started our 2 car garage at 8am and were all cleaned up by 3:00pm! We are so happy with our new garage floor, it looks AWESOME! I would highly recommend GNU Garage!"

"Called on a Friday got an appointment for Saturday between four and five actually got a phone call to see if they could come earlier. Tech came out took a look at our garage door and opener took my budget into consideration installed the new garage door opener belt driven instead of chain . Also did a rebuild so I got new springs seeing the garage door was still in good condition. Technician was fantastic left everything clean. Technician also showed me how to work the new door opener and keypad . I highly recommend this company"
