"Sept 14/20 a plain white van pulled my driveway.I asked him if he was from Lowell Garage Door.He replied he was contracted out.That he was a subcontractor SCAM!!! I was skeptical but let him proceed.He was never contracted by Lowell Garage Door they do not do that.Tuesday a white van pulled in my driveway with very large lettering Lowell Garage Door.After explaining what happened we we were all angry.I was charged triple the cost and everything was was not fixed as the man did not know how to.Stephen the owner of LGD knew exactly the problem and fixed it in 10 minutes. Embarrassed I didn't asked for ID.Thank you Stephen from Lowell Garage Door.Lets work to end these SCAM artist. Gail"

They fixed my broken cable, replaced a roller, and lubricated the mechanisms. My garage door now works like new. "I was extremely impressed and pleased by the work perfromed by Phil at PM Garage Door. My two door openners failed due to lighting. Phil was very quick to respond to review the scope of work. He spent an hour inspecting the two openners and associated hardware and recommending what work needed to be done. In his quote he specified the options for openers and the pro's and con's of each. Once we settled on an openner (battery backup), he provided the finalized quote which was very competative to other providers. We agreed on a time and date. Phil was on time and proceeded to do an outstanding job in the removal and replacement of my old openers and support hardware as needed. I would recommend PM Garage Doors to anyone who needs repair work for their openers. I'd be glad to show potential customers the work he performed or pictures. It was an awesome job."
