"Chris from Going up garage door was a life saver. Before I turned to Angi to find a contractor, I Got a quote from a different garage door company and was quoted a ridiculous up charge. Of $300 for a part that I went and bought for $20 at Lowes and to be clear that did not include the labor fee. Disappointed that same contractor was also on the list for Angie. However, Chris came out to give me a quote and he did a fabulous job and saved the today. Skilled knowledgeable professional and completely open and fair with pricing and labor. "Called Precision Door on a Saturday (late) afternoon regarding our remotes suddenly not working. Matt, who had been to our house before, came out 1.25 hrs later. Matt diagnosed the problem and fixed it in short order. He was/is courteous, straightforward, knowledgeable and professional (hard to improve in that). I was quoted their basic $65 services charge when I called and that is what I was charged. Their high ratings are earned."
