"Richard was so very easy to work with. Showed us lots of examples of work he had done in our area as well as other areas. Taught us about the benifits of different types of films and what we could expect. We went with a darker film that almost lets no glare in at all as we were getting blinded in the afternoon. The lower windows were in a lighter tint and the two shades look wonderful together...almost can't tell the difference. He was so easy to work with. His crew were helpful and pleasant. Everything was cleaned up and look wonderful when they left. Also had 3 large west facing windows in another room done with the lighter film. Can't recommend them high enough!"

"We researched numerous providers in the Albuquerque area.  We decided on Reule for various reasons.  They were not the least expensive but we were searching for a company that would install a quality product in a manner that would ultimately be transparent.  The method that Reule described, and ultimately delivered, resulted in essential perfection - from the outside you can not tell the windows are new - but the are!  The method Reule used, and the matching to the stucco is amazing.  They are so beautiful that we consider them art and are now trying to find window coverings that show them off from the interior. Steve Savage, who was our primary contact and sales person, ensured we understood the entire process and checked in often as the project progressed.  There were a few bumps along the way that he addressed to our satisfaction.  Steve matched our expectation for near perfection and worked with Bob Reule to come up with creative ways to solve problems that come up in dealing with older homes.
The installation crew worked closely with Steve and was professional, respectful, and creative in the method they used to complete this complex project.  The number of windows, some of them oversized, combined with the age of the house made it difficult.  The crew chief, Manuel, ensured the day to day work was done with the same perfection the overall project exhibited. He communicated progress and next steps so we were kept in the loop throughout.
We had very high expectations with this project and Reule exceeded them in every way.  We can't recommend them enough.

"They remodeled my main bath half way which included the ceiling fan, a lavatory and a new sink. I am still planning on putting in a new type of fiberglass shower by taking the tub out. They also remodeled a second half bath with a new lavatory, a new toilet and a new ceiling fan. I have used them over and over again because I don’t figure that I can get better than what the plumber is. I have probably paid them about $2000 or $3000 for the work done by them this year. In the last 3 years, I have probably employed them at least 6 times. I don’t call anybody else and I only call them. I had a new cooler installed in my house this past spring in April and that project was about $1000. I like them because their price is right. I keep going back to them because the hassle of trying to get several different people and estimates is overwhelming. I like to stick with them because I know that they do a good job. They put in a new forced-air heating system for me about 2 or 3 years ago. It was about $2500 for that project. They are excellent and their price is good. Everything about them is excellent. PHC Systems is a small organization. It’s a one man ownership with 2 or 3 workers. He is not overwhelmed with his staff. He is able to accomplish jobs with the small workforce that he has. The plumber in the way of plumbing, heating and cooling is a big part of keeping our home in a good shape."
